You could not have asked for a better day to have a wedding, and better people to spend it with! Do you ever meet people, and the first time you meet them you feel like old friends you have known forever? Well thats how I felt the first time I met Kailey and Justin at their engagement session. We talked for 30 minutes after we finished shooting just because I felt like I had known them forever and there was so much to catch up on! After that, I was like a little kid waiting for the first day of school for this wedding day. When the day finally came, I realized why I felt like that with Kailey and Justin, because their family and friends are the exact same way. Every room I walked into and every person I talked to felt like old friends and family.

This carried its way into the reception as emotional first dances started followed by toasts. Justin’s sister spoke on Justin’s behalf and being only 18 months older than Justin she spoke of the fun childhood that they had and how close they have been their whole lives. While she spoke of her and Justin’s relationship I could see how this was not only true for them, but for both families in the room who are now one. You could see through the interactions, smiles, and tears that these families have been deeply united as one through Kailey and Justin.

Kailey and Justin, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day. I was humbled and honored to get to spend the day with you and your families capturing these memories. I am so glad to have met you and made friends for life. I wish you all the joy and happiness as you step into this season of marriage and I know God has amazing plans for you both!
